The Digest Program is designed to support digestive health by combining two powerful therapies: ozone sauna and colon hydrotherapy. This prepares the body for a thorough and comfortable colon hydrotherapy session, which uses temperature- and pressure-controlled water, massage techniques, and a guided coffee enema to maximize detoxification.
You’ll enjoy 30 minutes in our Ozone Sauna while breathing in oxygen. Infused with ozone, the steam opens up pores, relaxes muscles, increases blood flow to the colon, and stimulates the Parasympathetic Nervous System. It also boosts oxygen levels so cells efficiently produce energy for detoxing and regenerating.
Next, you’ll meet our Certified Colon Hydrotherapist for Closed Colon Hydro Therapy. Her unique technique hydrates the colon and stimulates the Parasympathetic Nervous System to naturally enhance the Colon’s function and release toxins and waste from the bowel. The session ends in a Gerson coffee enema that stimulates liver function and enhance your detox pathways. We also have a choice of an anti-inflammatory enema or a prebiotic and probiotic enema depending on what your gut needs.

You don’t need to bring anything special. We provide you with all the equipment needed for your visit. The only thing required is a unique mindset.
The 6 week plan involves 3 treatments.
You can definitely finish your 6 week program in less than 6 weeks. Generally to achieve results, you should at least do 1 treatment a fortnight. Great results however can be achieved by having a weekly treatment. The 6 weeks are a timeframe so you can see noticeable results.
The 12 week plan involves 6 treatments.
The same applies. Generally to achieve results, you should at least do 1 treatment a week, an extra few weeks are allowed for any changes in your schedule and one’s busy life that can get in the way sometimes.

We strongly recommend our Wellness Program. Red light speeds recovery and reduces pain and inflammation and Ozone sauna oxygenates and hydrates the body as well as stimulating all detox pathways to release toxins and cleanse the body.
We highly recommend our 6 week or 12 week Relief program. This can reduce inflammation and pain greatly, together with Frankincense oil applied locally on the area and Curcumin (activated Tumeric) between visits, can massively help.
We strongly recommend our Wellness program and coupling the Ozone Sauna with an Oxygen Mask. After a period of time depending on where you are, you will find that you can start to exercise.
